Amdocs has Good Work culture. Almost every one gets On Site Opportunities. Amdocs provides Job security. Extra curricular activities. Sports activities.

Cons

Less Package in terms of industry. Less increment which is not good. Works on old technologies. Less opportunity to learn new thing is projects. Sometimes long working hours.
