      Only if you have a passion for strange corporate environments and if you can follow useless guidelines.

      Cons

      Very short term vision - what matters to top management is their bonus, so don’t think about implementing anything on the long term. Uncharismatic management - top managers are in place due to their ability to survive, no to their skills Zero carrier opportunity - HR are in place to protect top management, not to propose a career path.
