      Pros

      Very easy going with the hours, although i'm only part time. I had to fulfill minimum of twenty five hours per work, and i was allowed to come in anytime before six thirty to complete my hours.

      Cons

      not much career advancement in the company, i have been there for over five years as part time worker and not offered full time position.

      Global Organization and opportunities. Strong presence in packaging industry- PET/Healthcare. Product Development and Marketing Departments are very forward looking. Organization undergoing a change with recent Alcan Acquistion

      - Conservative Organization - Lack of Energy and Innovation - Minimal communication with peers and management - Less Rewarding - Need centralization of common synergies

      benifits , large corporate structure allows for movement as long as you are willing to relocate to the united states.

      Cons

      lack of growth in the canadian portion of the business , plants keep getting shuttered and business keeps getting moved to the us plants
