      Pros

      Excellent pay for the area good benefits very clean and safe environment consistent time off, OT sometimes allowed

      Cons

      Some of the management needs to be removed because of inconsistencies in management style and interaction with employees. Management needs to understand that employees need a certain amount of overtime to get ahead, and the flexibility to give out overtime as needed is necessary to overcome machine downtime issues.

      Pros

      Lots of overtime in busy season. Good profit sharing program. Close to home. Largest packaging company in the world. Job security.

      Cons

      Cut hours in slow time. Lay off workers sometimes. Some leadership issues. Had HR issues in the past but seem to be fixed now. Very hot in parts of plant.
