      Perfect place to work if you are macho male

      Decent multi national company, professional level is high, salaries are ok, international travelling, home office

      Cons

      do not promote women in general, management style is macho arrogant, ignorant and aggressive, extremely short term oriented, company culture a disaster, climate is bad

      Too much micro management. You couldn't do your job to its full potential. They have a point system that got people hired constantly. People got hired for not making it to work because of car accidents, health issues, family emergencies, family members passing....Etc
