      Nothing worth mentioning. I got to eat lunch.

      Cons

      Management is terrible and hypocritical when it comes to decision making. Union representation is next to nothing. We were working 7 days a week while management is out watching ball games. Malicious atmosphere and dishonest co-workers. If you like being disciplined like a 3 year old then this place is for you. I left because the facility is going to close later on next year.

      Pros

      There are some managers with vision of the future. Folks are friendly. The company is on right direction and will certainly grow. Not over stressed, not too easy. Good place to gain experience and raise a family. Company headquarter location is good, R&D center is in a rural area.

      Not that open. A little bit constraint.
