      Everyone should work here. If you don't work at a horrible company you won't know a good company is.

      Pros

      Good pay. If someone looked at what everyone does it takes a lot of people to build success. 50% do nothing and the other 50% carry the other 50%. So if you enjoy hard work for 0 reconigition you have it here. It is obvious to everyone except management who is hold the company back. They do have quarterly bonus for safety and goals..most time its like $100.

      Cons

      Don't get me started. This company has 0 loyalty to anyone. I have seen people fired after being put on a PIP ( personal improvement plan) no matter what they do managment has you marked to be fired even though that they have built the company and that gave everything for 25+ years only to be fired because of not being able to fix low moral. Anyone..I mean anyone could spend 10 min in there and see what's wrong.

      Pros

      Strong leadership...development and advancement. Pristine clean environment. Employee relations events every month...engagement is strong. Commute is 5 miles each way.

      Cons

      Customer base....we had one customer. If they decided to go with another specialty packaging company, we would all be out of work. Don't really have job security.

      Pros

      The management is very understanding. They have very good benefits. They also have very good stock buying plan for employee.

      Cons

      The upper management has to be more visible. Most of them are in Australia. It is difficult to contact them due to time difference.
