      Employees are knowledgeable. And very helpful in helping each other out .Lots of team work on all shifts.

      Poor management. Little to no effort to communicate with employees or offer support. Mismanagement of line usage

      Pros

      This company has good benefits and good pay. They also have a very good tuition reimbursement program. The people are good to work with.

      Cons

      There are lots of work hours, spontaneous overtime. Work/life balance is skewed toward work. I can't think of anything else as a con.
