Absolutely no loyalty to anyone unless you are buddies with the plant manager. Management is inept and mostly retarded, packaging experience is not what they look for, they want minions who say yes to everything. Do not come up with an idea, they will steal it and pass it off as their own. Stupidity is a skill that will get you far. My advice is to steer clear of this place, you will have less stress working as a janitor at Burger King.

You name it. This is the worst company I have ever worked for. Don't ever say anything negative or against what management is doing because they WILL find a way to get rid of you. HR is a joke. All departments are out for themselves and act in silos not really caring what the other is doing or how to work together. Management will give you way more than a normal person can handle in the way of work load. They will keep you on the road every week if you let them. Most of the project managers are too stupid to realize this or are too job scared to say anything about it. STAY AWAY, you have been warned.....
