      Tons of over time. Great benefits. Company really cares about safety.

      Cons

      Limited OT. Family gets gets more opportunities. Being a good worker gets your know where if you aren't on the right shift. Morale is low

      Pros

      Large company where you are able to learn a lot about the business world, great benefits (inexpensive and all inclusive healthcare, 401k matching), opportuities to travel (potentially abroad), and well-respected company in their field.

      Cons

      Training was pretty much on-the-job. I was expected to figure things out along the way.
