      Friendly staff, great salary, good benefits.

      Cons

      Very demanding, stressful, on call 24/7, no work life balance, EA's are responsible for their whole country and every executive traveling to their country. Your job Is required to be your whole life, you are expected to work on vacation. No room for growth.

      Pros

      Good place to learn while taking advantage of a great work/life balance. Benefits are OK. Bonuses are also OK and can get even better at higher management levels within the business groups.

      Cons

      More respect should be given to seniority and trajectory. Higher management, both in business groups as well as corporate teams, should communicate better with all levels. Too much gossip, and subjective criteria (personal matters) permeate to the work atmosphere, thus hampering professional performance. Performance shortcomings are not properly communicated through.
