      Pros

      Good management team, certain individuals care about their team and look out for their career growth. Investment in training of the sales team. Good progress over the past few years as new senior leaders joined the team. The business has done a 180 with respect to growth.

      Cons

      In fighting is extreme, to many entitled people who lash out personally if they don't get their way. Far too much gossip which persecutes innocent people who care about the team and the overall success of the business.
