      Pros

      Amcor didn't only care about there products the cared for all there workers , treated everyone fair and very family orientated.

      Cons

      Just the long slow 12 hour shifts .

      Very strong individual contributors, the people that do the work are extremely hard workers willing to sacrifice personal/ home life for company needs.

      Cons

      Senior management gives poor direction but has high, unrealistic expectations. Very slow to add people where necessary but will create corporate positions that don't add value to the business.
