      Busy environment, uses relatively up to date technology, and is data driven. Profitable company that has been buying competition and new business segments.

      Cons

      Very lean workforce, not strong focus on development of personnel, limited in-company promotions. Current company model is more sales/ accounting focused and not production focused.
