      Pros

      They are very safety oriented and would eventually spend money on safety once it got through an extensive sign off process.

      Cons

      poorest communicators I have seen, everyone is too scared to make a decision, no training and they did not support spending moneys on their staff. Treated staff like numbers - impersonal - no way to get the best out of people. Mostly hated by it's employees

      Great co workers. Great pay and benefits. Overtime opportunities and flexible schedules. Good health insurance. Company sponsored lunches and bonuses.

      Cons

      Poor leadership. Feared for my safety on 1st shift with sex offenders amongst you. Poor team environment. Seem to praise people who lie about their credentials, and sweep issues under the rug.
