      Bad work environment and no growth opportunity

      Pros

      Life balance. You can work your 8-9h a day. Pays is good.

      Cons

      No opportunity to grow. The worst environment possible. Managers try to undermine staff in order to not be outshined. Constant ego fights and no concern to career and development. HR is totally lost. Not good with new ideas. Lost in time and too much effort on keeping everything the same.
