Pros

People, project work and the ability to develop package solutions for customers. Good knowledgeable people. Very technically sound with a strong sense of pride at the plants. Capability to support multiple materials for customer preferences

Cons

Ability to compete in a very competitive market has been a challenge. Especially with specific ROI guidelines to be met. Graham has always been able to build and hold long term relationships with customers. But recently with management changes those relationships have been a struggle.

Pros

The pay and benefits are pretty good

Cons

There is no work/life balance with 24/7 expectations. Corporate management micro-manages everything. The plants continue to get leaner while corporate continues to grow which is an unhealthy direction. There is very little to no real concern for employees.
