      Pros

      Decent benefits, pay and bonus program, safety is very important.

      Cons

      Poor leadership, no value put on people development, bottom line is profits at any expense. Company has core values but they are just words on paper, leadership talks about them but does not walk-the-talk. Very punitive environment, currently going through restructuring.

      Pros

      It's a great place to advance if you're white, male and arrogant. You will also get a great comps and benefits package if you fit the preferred high potential employee profile, being white, male and arrogant.

      Cons

      If you're not white, male and arrogant, you will be relegated to the sidelines and cleaning up after the said the white, male and arrogant inner circle. You will also get paid less than your white, male and arrogant peers and told that you are within the acceptable salary range when you broach the subject.
