      Pros

      Most of the people are nice to work with, and some are downright exceptional. Bonuses are good.

      Cons

      Some managers rule through fear. Or show favoritism to people they bring in from their former companies. The CEO never hears about when good people leave because of their managers.

      Pros

      Amcor has Great Benefits! Production team is amazing! Production pay is VERY competitive. Safety is taken very serious and very well managed. Quality really does a great job and the customers are great too!

      Cons

      Lack of progression, terrible Human Resources, retaliation is a live and well there, management needs a lot of work. Leadership is very narrow minded and is not very excepting of diversity. It's hard to hold a leadership position if you are not male.
