Pay, Insurance, Food ordering, Free shirts, distance.

Cons

Poor management poor communication. Too much favoritism for their precious maintenance staff. Work the material handlers like they were slaves. Whats the meetings for if you dont listen to feed back. Stop letting your favorites do what they want. You get out there for 12 hours ans see what we all are talking about.
