You make great money and it does also have 401k

Cons

they are 12 hour shifts that require hard work and focus. It consumes your life but if you need great money then this is the place to go.

Limited OT. Family gets gets more opportunities. Being a good worker gets your know where if you aren't on the right shift. Morale is low
