Pros

Decent wages, ok insurance, union shop, GREAT floor workers with tons of experience, some with 30 to 40 years + experience.

Cons

No work/life balance, management makes poor, rash decisions, never proactive, always reactive, maintenance program is a joke, can't seem to fix things right the first time, always the need to bring in outside help!!! Major equipment decisions are all made "up front", never include workers with 30+ years experience, new equipment can't do what it was intended to do, due to green managers making ALL tge decisions, floor workers are loosing their motivation to try and succeed, very low morale, no one gives a $£¡T anymore.

Pros

Honestly, aside from the fact that the pay is great, as well as the benefits, there just aren't many pro's for this company.

Cons

Management, management, management. The jobs themselves are not bad, and some of the talent is very good. Most people are friendly and helpful. Except for management. Morale is very low between operators and management team. Low trust. You don't feel like they will stand behind you, or help you work through issues, just reprimands until they cinch the noose and have a reason to get rid of you. Once a mistake is made, the feeling of a target painted on you is huge. If you are absolutely perfect and NEVER make mistakes, this is the place for you. But if you are human, don't waste your time unless you enjoy ulcers and anxiety.

Pros

The pay is decent. Work/life balance decent, overtime available constantly.

Cons

Supervisor is a snake who listens to leads who are liars and bully the employees constantly per word of the lead who also is a liar, and harasses them just because he is bored. Machine screws up be ready to be blamed so they won't call a tech to fix it. No work culture AT all. Miserable people who treat each other like they are untrustworthy
