      Pros

      In general, good people on the leadership spots, willing to help you out and really interested in make you grow up. Working with some of the most consumed brands in the country: more than a glamurous thing (to tell your friends), it's something sort of engaging, since you probably is a consumer of them.

      Cons

      Poor paychecks. Allright, it's cultural, and everyone is always expecting for a promise to come true - which, sooner or later, happens. That's the point: how long you can handle it.
