      Pros

      People can actually grow on their own speed, if you deliver great results, you will be rewarded for it! Perfect place to learn all about processes and KPIs! The culture is so living and strong, that in just a few months you fell already as an owner as well.

      Cons

      Competition inside can be hard and pressure can grow unbearable if you are not ready for it. If you have a bad year, you might be getting sacked very soon. You will work a lot!!
