If you can deal with the culture then you could gain with their variable compensation
Cons
Based on I was told about the 3G Way, I expected a company that was AMAZING. They constantly remind you that their culture is informal stating that you can talk with any director whenever you want.... I mean most of the multinational companies are like that... so there is nothing new. They continuously say that we always find ways to improve and that is not true. Many in the HQ or in the Business Units dont want to recognize all the areas of improvements and the first thing to improve is to acknowledge that you have a problem
