Even if you have earned a POC position. They can replace you with a favorite less experienced person .

It depends if you have managers that value hard work and experience or working with their favorites. Then hard work is what will matter.

Cons

Favoritism over hard work is common and seems like a fraternity is running UIS and it goes unchecked by senior ops and they are ok with it.
