Great place to learn and work at a large scale. Pay is somewhat competitive compared to other companies, not so much compared to other big names

Cons

- promotion process will leave a bitter taste in your mouth. Seek career growth elsewhere or get strung along and squeezed - poor upper management. Lots of reorgs, lacking direction, a lot of project flip flopping. Engineers suffer the most in this chaotic environment - your experience is as good as your team. Luckily transferring internally is easy
