1. Good salary for a fresher . 2. Work from home so good time management . 3. Great coworkers .

Cons

1. Contradictory SOP , so work can be stressful sometimes . 2. Metrics slightly difficult to achieve . 3. Need to be focused throughout the shift or else you will end up with defect. 4. Really specified work , so experience may not be useful in other jobs unless you wants to grow in same department .
