Compensation is almost top of the field and you can theoretically have a lot of impact

The company is too large and bureaucratic for such an emerging field. They started thinking solving logistics with robotics is theoretically very easy and thus chose conservative technical approaches. In reality they may be behind other organizations in terms of manipulation.
