Coworkers are generally great to work with.Diverse community. Nice facility. A lot of cross team collaboration. Fast paced environment.

Nonsensical decision making. Excessive leadership changes. Standardization is spotty everywhere. Unorganized. Appearances look good on the surface, but reality kicks in quick. Not a lot of opportunities for growth unless you're an engineer. Office and production employees get different treatment. Cutthroat advancement.
