Pros

The best parts of working at Amazon are: working on meaningful projects freedom of schedule benefits supervisor/employee relationships Overall, Amazon is a great place to work. There is a lot expected of you and the workload is HUGE, but to the right people that just means there are plenty of opportunities to prove yourself and accomplish a lot. I've had weeks were I was genuinely depleted by the end, but have never once been upset about having to go into work.
