Pros

Not much I can recommend

Cons

Weird pay period payout despite being bi-weekly pay I still only get half of what I work for, long days back to back, high turn over. Working with Kiva's as a stower becomes a tedious and aggravating experience soon after your first days. Some benefits they offer are nice but I feel most companies offer something similar, nothing really stimulates you for your 10hrs working their aside from the pressure to not screw up. Your feet are sure to burn everyday, I got compression socks and some nice memory foam shoes and I'm still in pain everyday after 4 weeks of work

Pros

-pay and stocks are good -pretty smart co-workers around you -good benefit and PTO

Cons

-Work life balance is skewed towards work heavily, at least in my department. This is very suited for young people who do not have outside obligations.

Pros

The company is constantly growing and there are a lot of opportunities for growth. There is a lot of flexibility, as long as you get your work done and it is easy to get to the office in North Reading. We are reimagining Amazon's fulfillment network every day so we can continue to serve customers as fast and cheap as possible. I'm all for the mission, it's challenging work that can feel very rewarding. Regarding culture, it is ok for you to challenge anyone in the company if you have the data to back up your claim. For fun, there are company activities every 2 or 3 months and we have beers on Friday afternoons.

Cons

Amazon headquarters are in Seattle, which means a lot of the fun stuff is going on over there. There is little visibility into how and when you get promoted.
