Good pay,part of amazon.I think that looks good on resume.Cool technology.

Cons

Management is a total BS. Very small office space and if not in a exec position,get ready to be berated even for making a small mistake.I think treating people like this provides very little leeway for improvement and innovation.would never like to work here again. Also no work life balance.Just take the money and leave. Everyone is terrified of being ranked too low and being put into a performance improvement plan which is a sure shot way to fire someone.

You are working at Amazon scale. AR is also a fast growing company, so there are a lot of opportunities. There are a lot of very smart engineers discussing interesting problems. They pay competitively for large tech companies

Cons

Most engineers go oncall. Fewer benefits than other large tech companies. Work may not be very interesting. It depends on the team.
