      Pros

      Big Name company. That is about it for a WOW factor.

      Cons

      Everything else, culture, management ignorance, promotion or lack of it, letting good people go. Office looks like a complete crap. Very little team building exercises. Very little appreciation for good job done. People are killing themselves to get promoted. Management not honest in review process, so you may end up on the bottom of their list without knowledge.

      Pros

      Name and the possibility of thinking you'll be working on something cool before joining The people who work there. Incredibly technically smart people Pay

      Cons

      Analysis paralysis. The team tries to do something and the scope changes every so often, which throws the entire project in disarray. Feels incredibly hopeless to work on something and have it get scrapped constantly. Additionally, there is a lot of arrogance from some people who work here. It seems like management "empowers" you to find and develop new ideas but in reality, they just want you to do what they tell you. Innovation is strongly discouraged here
