Amazon, is an institution where a person learns and develops his career in a fruitful way by imparting skills from his peers and experienced colleagues. Apart from skills, the company provides and takes care of all its associates with all the facilities(cab, food card, benefits, etc.).

under staffed unfair underpay even if you have more experience than other people there. I get paid less than the new people that just got hired.
