You need to think on your feet and think fast. Company is very dynamic so if you're used to presenting long powerpoints, taking weeks for deep analyses and building solid plans for 3 years, look elsewhere. Here, paradigms change within 3 months.

1. Contradictory SOP , so work can be stressful sometimes . 2. Metrics slightly difficult to achieve . 3. Need to be focused throughout the shift or else you will end up with defect. 4. Really specified work , so experience may not be useful in other jobs unless you wants to grow in same department .
