Pros

If there is pizza left at the pizza station at the end of your shift, you can steal the leftovers instead of throwing it all away and your supervisor might not even mind if they're cool

Cons

Everything. Terrible pay, horrible management, horrible hours on a rotating schedule- they'll have you working at 11 pm one day and make you come in at 4 am the next day. Your coworkers are naturally very high strung given the stress of the job which is understandable, but then they take it out on eachother. The reason why it's so easy to get hired is because the turnover rate for employees is egregious.
