      Pros

      Company is cash rich and hence lot of things are not yet under the scanner. Lot of cash spent on retaining staff in India like free food, transport and fun events. Yet those who leave are the talented and the remains stay.

      Cons

      Lot of dead rubber across the organization. No domain knowledge in Indian staff though they got massive head count around 2000. Even the old timers who are there for about 8 years in BLR can't do a single domain training. IF there is one, its the slide deck coming from HQ. Everything comes from HQ at France and Indian center is an YES BOSS organization. No one bells the cat and the cat keeps hunting/sleeping.

      No job security just made lots people redundant in Sydney

      Pros

      Management is just for show, they don't care about the staff. Confusing management from head office compare with local office. Upper management only look after themselves.

      Cons

      Very poor HR team. No answer to any question why for the redundancy. Just say nothing suitable. How would HR know nothing is suitable. If they don't ask or allow time for the effected staff to apply for the internal jobs available.

      Pros

      If being lazy and not being ambitious is a must at a work... then this is the place. I forgot, also a good one for pre-retirement. Otherwise nothing good about this company/office.

      Cons

      All the past bad reviews apply for the London office. In 20 years it has been the worst company I have ever worked, and I did work for a few around the world. Rewards the incompetents and the lazy ones by leaving them alone while the hard working ones are barely thanked, and so on (see other cons ...). Experienced people, look somewhere else, young grad same except if you are already looking for a place to retire, the same.
