Pros

You'll never get fired. If you want to earn money without much effort, this is the place. If you speak French, you progress very quickly within Amadeus!

Cons

I dont know where to start! Projects are never completed on time and still no one cares. Management is very incompetent. There is hardly any lateral hiring so you dont find fresh ideas coming into the organisation. Some people have been there since decades and just want to retire there. Not at all ambitious. Absolutely no career progression, the management doesnt even encourage it. There is no transparency, often we get to know things from customers rather than our own management. Office is horribly located and facilities are terrible. If you complain about food or toilet facilities, you are told not to use them! The only way to progress is by speaking French and often thats what they speak during meetings even if not everyone present speaks French. Training catalogue never has any new trainings but just a list of old, overly-repeated ones. Work done in Amadeus has no value outside, it only helps within Amadeus products. During my job interview, I was promised a lot of things and NONE of those were true. Management is highly racist and sexist as well.

Pros

1.No dress code. 2. Travel Domain (Airlines mainly - Don't expect Onsite) 3. Free unhygienic food.

Cons

1. Extreme Favoritism : While favoritism is common in most companies, in my 4+ years of work experience, only here have I seen where your success and chances of getting ahead are directly dependent on how much your manager likes you. Hard Working Souls, Do not expect any hike from the management. The people who are close to the managers will have a great hike also with a great designation. Need Hike - Be Close to Managers, You will get it :) 2. Onsite: If you have luck and good relation with management then you will get Onsite opportunities. 3. Low compensation: The compensation is really low and well below market standards. The hikes are also pathetic. (Old employees getting more benefits is what I've felt) 4. No effort to maintain staff : There is no effort from the management staff to retain people. People are leaving in large numbers and there is no effort being made to retain them. As a result a lot of good people have left in the last Couple of months. 5. Policies : The company has no defined policies and the lack of defined policies and processes results in a lot of chaos making it very hard for people to work. 6. Communication: Kindly educate Managers about the importance of Communication, Manager should call for regular discussions. 7. Gym: No In-house Gym (We know the space crunch, but its good to have our own gym) 8. WFH: WFH option, but you have give explaination, why ? what and how ?. Too many WFH will affect your apparisal. 9. Mission Vision: No proper Mission Vision, 10. Career: Not a place to work for long term. (I've heard this statement from many on the floor) 11. Work Environment: Influence based environment 12. Attrition: Very High attrition in industry. Every Friday, you will see atleast 5-6 mails of people leaving. The blame is on Managers only, that you haven't engaged them and motivate them. At the immeidate manager gets screwed. HR and SO CALLED LEADRSHIP TEAM is untouched.

Pros

Certain benefits are decent enough

Cons

Tech stack is outdated There isn't a lot of good work in most teams, developers are made to do random manual repititive tasks or maintenance work, and barely any development. There is virtually no learning curve. Tasks are not properly planned and people often end up having no structured work. Sexism is rampant. Maybe not in terms of opportunities but it seems very common for teams to view women as liabilities and these views are made known publicly while others (including people in managerial roles) laugh and cheer on. Nothing is done about it. The inclusion policy is a facade which exists only on paper. You will probably be expected to suck up to your supervisor
