      Pros

      Employee friendly global policies and Admin department. Work life balance is pretty good.

      Cons

      They play with employee's aspirations. The work culture is fully toxic with excessive sycophancy. They are always busy conspiring. Your route to promotion is to only satisfy their ego. And, if they don't like someone, they make a multi layered meticulous plan to push people out.

      Work life balance as there is no work most of the time.

      Cons

      Mangers are not qualified. "A bad manager can take a good staff and destroy it, causing the best employees to flee and the remainder to loose all motivation"

      Free food.. as most of others have commented

      Cons

      -Do u really want to join a company coz it gives free food - Most of ppl work in support n maintenance of products and no product development happens in India - Most of teams deliver 2-3 medium and 7-8 small requirements IN A YEAR - Most of teams deploy code into PROD only 2-3 times a year... ( in todays world of CI/CD)
