Pros

Some of the bigtime clients are here. Fireside for mental health

Cons

Very Low salary on internal promotions. Some programs wouldnt even care if you are experienced or not and you will be lowballed on offer. I hate the management I joined. These people shout and curse at their employees when they fail to deliver. It takes 6 months before you can get your HMO HR lacks engagement or does not care at all. They have no sense of urgency. We always send escalation to facilities due to leaks on the ceiling, no tissues in CR and broken sink People in cubao would have no choice but to take their lunch on the floor because we only have 1 common area and it takes a while to get there. Elevators are always full

This isn't the experience we want anyone to have. Thanks for bringing this to our attention. We take creating a positive work environment for all Aloricans very seriously, and we will be following up with the leadership team immediately. We expect our managers to create environments where people can actually thrive, not just survive. Thanks for your feedback. We get it, our industry moves fast, and sometimes that means long hours. We're actively working to improve work-life balance, and in the meantime, we encourage our team to use their PTO and join our culture events to recharge.
