Pros
I worked on the Verizon Wireless project taking inbound calls in customer service. I love getting in depth knowledge of the policies and products. Was pulled for Floor Support, where I assisted agents with questions on their calls. Also was selected for Quality Assurance where I reviewed the calls of agents and provided feedback, giving kudos to good performance and opportunities for improvement.
Cons
No opportunities for job advancement. Quality Assurance department was shut down in a moments notice. There aren't really quality employees they hire whomever can use a computer.
