Pros

You develop lifelong friendships, kind of like when you serve in a war. When two people spend time together in hell, they form a kind of bond. Even after they are fired, resign, or are committed to a mental institution the bond still remains.

Cons

They want phone calls to last less than 8 minutes, yet expect one stop service. Management is incompetant, employees are belittled and harrassed constantly. They have constant payroll problems and are under threat of termination at all times if they don't meet average handling rates. And all for slightly more than minimum wage. Don't be fooled. BE AFRAID! BE VERY AFRAID!

Pros

Ryla is a great bridge job to help one build experience and substance for his resume. If a person can work in Ryla chaos, he can work anywhere!

Cons

Ryla is indeed a call center and a certain level of stress is expected in this type of atmosphere. In the call center world, things change at a dynamic and rapid pace. At the same time, the Ryla culture is not conducive to professional development as Senior Management is not fully developed.
