Pros

full time, easy, laid back when it comes to calls, not hard to learn even if you dont know anything about computers, TVS, cameras, Ipods or any consumer electronics

Cons

no raises, too much work for little pay, no benefits, no competions, no manager gudience.

Pros

The benefits are decent. There job is not very demanding once you get the hang of things. You basically just sit in a chair and talk to people all day. It's also a very stable income. Guaranteed 40 hours per week. It's also pretty easy to get hired there.

Cons

Training is pretty intense. The information systems that are used are massive so there's a lot to learn at first. After the 5 week training/certification process it takes another 1-2 months to get a grip on things. Many customers calling with very unique problems.

Pros

helps pay the bills until I can find another job...key word help

Cons

-$9.00 hours is barely paying for anything in this economy - 10 min breaks are a joke and when you go over the ten min break they want to write you up.. - I never knew a company were majority of the employees are looking for a job -sups don't even want to do theirs jobs -poor benefits and you earn 1.78 hours per pay period towards time off
