Pros

Very easy to get hired. Call centers are well equiped. You never feel as though you're a sardine in a can. Supervisors never hassle you. Hours are decent, so long as you make good use of your break and lunch time.

Cons

Pay isn't great, but above minimum wage. Few opportunities for advances. Nearly no opportunities for raises.

Pros

Good fast paced work, with up to date equipment and accommodation's. Good company policy, that seems to strive to make the best employees they can, and pass down beneifits from the "sponser"

Cons

Local management was not able to follow through with and provide training. Had a full training staff, and did not allow them to perform their job description, and would just push people through training to get in the seats.
