Pros

$1.25 over min. wage. Work inside. Easy work. Good for extra income or temporary work.

Cons

$9.00 an hour does NOT change. Kennesaw, GA location has decent management. Very strict (as to be expected in a call center environment) with regards to breaks and lunches. Don't be late! Remember, jobs are temporary in nature, although if your a reasonable employee there is opportunity for permanent placement.

Pros

There are incentives here and there but nothing to get excited over.

Cons

The management team have no knowledge of the product itself. According to them they only focus on scheduling you for work , making sure your clocked in and out correctly, and making sure their team of their customer service agents numbers are high in terms of survey scores and issue resolutions percentage. It's also been known as a recycling center and are quick to fire people at times.

Pros

Can't think of any pros for this employer.

Cons

The company has made acquisitions of other companies with no transition plan. It's difficult to know how/where you fit in and the importance of your role to the company's success. Benefis are very expensive, management is uncaring with an "it's my way or the highway" attitude. There are no incentives and communication is poor. Rewards are not given to the employees who really contribute and unqualified employees are promoted based on favoritism or relationships prior to joining the company. Senior leadership is totally disengaged from workforce.
