1.worst management 2.High work pressure.No personal life. 3.No IT professionalism.more Senior,junior culture. 4.you don't have client interaction. Even in project discussion team mate talk in Marathi . So forget to improve your self. 5.Don't have cafeteria.In the night you have no option for dinner. 6.worst office timing .in night 1 or 2:00 am is normal. 7.No leaves. 8.there are no policy and management.
