At Lot, 1.No work life balance 2.Lot of work (QA / QE Folks always treated like slave ) 3.Not a Good Leave policy 4.Middle management very rude and panic 5.Very bad for fresher (QA / QE) Wanted to give negative instead of 1 star.

1.Increment totally depend on your luck not on your performance , if you are under gud team manager then you will get the it otherwise you are totally screwed. 2. Process does not exist here at all... 3.QA'S are like question mark over here... 4.Employees are treated like slaves... specially QA. 5.Top management employees those have exp greater than 5 years need to be replaced...

Pros

Good work opportunities both in dev and testing only if one searching and hasn't got any job yet. Can learn new technologies if team environment is proper.

Cons

Company doesn't believe in employee benefits and growth. For them employees are just salves who work for them. No management at all, huge work pressure and have to complete on short notice sitting late nights. No consistency in work life.
