      Policies, Pay scale, have to lie to client a lot, No work life balance, leave are on paper only you have to work extra hours, no appreciation, no bonus, no pf, no Mediclaim, use your own laptop

      Every 10 month you will get appraisals no other benifits apart from that.

      There is no process to follow. You will find only work and no balance of life Timings are like from 12 PM to 10 PM There is not a single good policy for employees Sandwhich leave are deducted You will be kind of under surviliance throughout day
