Low salary, Egoistic manager, Fake data given to clients

Weak Administration and HR team Administration support team has 2 to 3 members. Those are manner less and useless all the time HR here is owner as well and has no manners at all that how to talk with employees. He tries and bullying, also taunt with rubbish unprofessional words. Highly unprofessional behavior of company owner and HR. Treat the employees in very bad manner. Timings are joke. Manager Leads and BAs comes in their convenient time like 12pm 2 pm 5pm 6pm 10pm 11pm. Employees supposed to work for 10 to 12 to 14 hours per day. On top of this they ask you to come on Saturdays and Sundays Lack of infrastructure / facilities and Development and testing environment No iPads for testing iOS projects. No transportation facility / convenience. No cubical / proper sitting arrangements. Zero process There is no predefined process /work culture. No daily weekly meetings. Leads managers meets you randomly. One way communication. "Reporting manager never replies to your email. Do not share any updates. No meetings. Treat you badly" No job security They can throw you out at any day any time. Appraisals are minimum. Spoiler in your career.
